@Volvo745T Indeed, but you can’t always catch them in the act. You almost always have your back turned. If they lock onto you long enough, other people near her will take notice and then they’ll tell you personally(the only way I actually figure out).
Men can do it too but often, they’ll need a cover or “put up an act” to avoid making it obvious.

In layman’s terms, it’s magnetism. A girl will try to attract guys over to her or a guy will try to attract girls over to him.
You may have to do a very subtle thing to make contact, but otherwise, you pretty much ignore them and go about your business. This will put you on the receiving end!
