Get yourself out there! Join a few evening classes- that’s a great way to meet people or join a nice gym and take classes there, and you can look after yourself at the same time. If you’ve got a dog take it walking, I’ve met lots of people doing that. Good luck, don’t get disheartened- people come along when you least expect it (everyone will tell you that, you’ll get sick of hearing it but it’s true). Try going down your local, playing in the quiz/pool/skittles/darts team and chatting up the barmaid! That’s how my husband met me. All the best.
